Jesus "turned the tables " on the money changers in the temple. John 2:15
And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; because they cornered the market on the half shekel coin (the only coin acceptable for the temple tax) then sold them for what the market could bear.
